Jim Boller, founder and president of Jim Boller & Associates, Inc., has been a licensed real estate broker since 1981. Jim Boller & Associates, Inc. has served the Corpus Christi and surrounding areas for over 25 years. This locally owned and operated firm furnishes a full spectrum of commercial real estate services to the South Texas area.

Our firm has been instrumental in the development of Corpus Christi. We have represented approximately 25 financial institutions with sales, leasing, and acquisitions. Other representations have been major corporations along with numerous individuals and professional groups.

Jim Boller & Associates, Inc. has two offices to better serve our clients in Corpus Christi. One office is located in the heart of the downtown area at Bayview Tower, 400 Mann St., Suite 708.  Our other office is located at Commerce I Business Park, 4455 South Padre Island Drive, Suite 22.
